Hélène Holzmann is Director and Lead Consultant

Hélène brings a wealth of experience to the role, having spent the last 25 years working in the luxury industry. She initially served as a Flagship Store Manager (multi-sites) for Chaumet, Vertu, Goyard; and subsequently as Country  Manager for Delvaux and Valextra in charge of both retail and wholesale accounts. She has been part of the revival of jewellery brands Vever and Rouvenat in delivering Due Diligence for Private Equity Fund Calista.

Helene has also worked as a consultant delivering high profile assignments in areas such as competitive intelligence of key competitors and their best practice; customer service assessment; visual merchandising strategy and implementation; and management development for leading brands including Chanel and Buccellati.

Leading global luxury organisations have utilised Helene for spearheading launches; identifying new opportunities for product development; and refining and implementing business strategies that protect essential brand values whilst delivering on regional marketing differentiators. A key element of these roles was the implementation of multiple store openings in London and nurturing and developing relationships with partners such as Harrods, Selfridges and DSML.

Bilingual French and English, Helene is bicultural, having spent 20 years in the United Kingdom. Her key areas of specialisation are luxury start up with a keen interest on circularity and sustainability for jewellery brands as well as luxury leather goods companies.

She is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, with a specialisation in International Affairs.
